The weekly view brings room types, rooms and reservations together on a single canvas. Each cell shows availability, occupancy or price, and you filter by room type, origin or OTA without losing context.
Your view, your way
View options activate what you need without leaving the calendar: expanded view for better reading, occupancy and total price within each reservation, and night mode to align each bar with the actual nights. Each option turns on and off with one click.
Sales rules
You select dates and room types from the calendar and open the restriction modal: closing, opening, minimum or maximum stay, channels and days of the week.
Move without fear
You move reservations between units and dates with drag & drop, lengthen or shorten nights by resizing the bar and split a stay when the guest changes rooms. You also clone, upgrade or downgrade and swap units.
Smart assignment
Reservations without a unit wait in the playground until you place them. You auto-assign to the first free room or let the Out-In assignment match the day's arrivals with the units that become free that same day.
Availability rack
It aggregates by room type: you see free, full and overbooked by color. Ideal for deciding whether to accept a reservation or review quotas, without going reservation by reservation.
Assignment rack
You select an arrival and click the room on the floor map. It respects room type, availability and cleaning status, with an optional upgrade.
Under control
You block out-of-service units with a drag, prevent accidental diagonal movements, color-code reservations for your own logic, and everything respects role permissions and multi-property management, in real time.
